$50 Cancellation Policy
RMI MedSpa adheres to a 24-hour cancellation policy. We kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance. No shows, cancellations or rescheduling less than 24 hours before any appointment will incur a charge of $50 on the credit card. A credit card is required to reserve an appointment.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you may be required to reschedule your appointment to avoid disrupting the appointments of other clients.
